摘 要:研究了一种高比表面积化学纤维填料对泄漏于工业循环冷却水中机油的循环吸附效果。讨论了填料静态饱和吸附量和循环饱和吸附量的差别;考察了水中分散(或乳化)油的初始浓度、运行温度及pH值变化的条件下填料对循环吸附量和循环吸附能力的影响;比较了吸附前后填料的表面水接触角变化。实验结果表明,填料的循环饱和吸附量约是静态饱和吸附量的78%-87%,预示着它能够在线净化含机油循环冷却水;不同的初始油浓度下,填料均在10 min左右达到吸油平衡,初始油浓度≤1 g/L时,吸附60 min后水中的TOC降至17.6 mg/L;在工业循环水的运行范围内,温度与pH值的变化对填料的吸油能力影响不大,60 min后均能使含油水的TOC降至18 mg/L;吸附前后填料的表面水接触角基本不变,揭示了重复使用的可能性。The circular oil-adsorbing characteristics of a chemical fiber with high specific surface area for industrial oily cooling water were studied.The differences between static adsorption ratio and circular adsorption ratio were discussed.The effects of the concentration of dispersed or emulsified oil,temperature and pH value on the circular oil-adsorbing characteristics of chemical fiber were investigated.The change of water contact angle on the chemical fiber surface before and after adsorption was compared.The results showed that the circular adsorption rate was 78%~87% of the static adsorption rate,which indicated that the chemical fiber could treat the oily cooling water on line.The fiber reached oil-absorbing balance about 10 minutes later at different initial oil concentrations,and if the initial oil concentration was lower than 1 g/L,the TOC in the water decreased to 17.6 mg/L after 60 minute absorption.The temperature and pH value had little effect on the oil absorption capacity under the operation condition of the industrial cooling water,and the TOC of the oil water could all be reduced to 18 mg/L at different operation temperatures or pH values.The contact angle on the chemical fiber surface didn't change obviously before and after adsorption,which indicated that the chemical fiber might be recycled.
