摘 要:自制了海藻酸纤维并从动态吸附方面研究了海藻酸纤维对阳离子染料亚甲基蓝的吸附性能,采用2种动力学模型(Thomas模型和Yoon-Nelson模型)对不同浓度的亚甲基蓝染料溶液动态吸附曲线进行了分析。结果表明,Thomas模型和Yoon-Nelson模型对海藻酸纤维吸附亚甲基蓝染料都有较高的拟合度,由2种模型分析得出的海藻酸纤维对应于亚甲基蓝平衡浓度10 mg/L和20 mg/L时的平衡吸附量分别为91 mg/g和181 mg/g左右,预测达到吸附平衡所需要的时间分别为2 940 min和2 942 min。吸附机理为海藻酸纤维在水溶液中失去质子而带负电荷,亚甲基蓝染料在水溶液中失去氯离子而带正电荷,海藻酸纤维主要通过静电吸引力吸附亚甲基蓝染料。Alginic acid fibers(AAF) were made in our lab and were used to remove a cationic dye,methylene blue dye,from aqueous solution by column experiments.Thomas model and Yoon-Nelson model were employed to investigate the dynamic adsorption behavior of AAF at various methylene blue initial concentrations.As a result,the dynamic adsorption behavior of alginic acid fiber fitted both models with high correlation coefficients.The maximum column adsorption capacity per unit AAF calculated by the two models were about 91 mg/g and 181 mg/g and the time required to reach equilibrium adsorption were predicted to be about 2 940 min and 2 942 min at the initial concentrations of 10 mg/L and 20 mg/L,respectively.The adsorption mechanism is found predominantly to be the electric attraction between the positively charged AAF and the negatively charged methylene blue dye in the aqueous solution.
