摘 要:采集了兖矿地区华聚能源各电厂附近的6种石灰石,在流化床反应器中对其进行固硫实验,研究探讨了石灰石品种、粒径及脱硫温度对石灰石固硫性能的影响。实验结果表明,兖矿地区石灰石粒径小于1.5 mm时,最佳脱硫温度在900℃左右。当粒径小于0.5 mm时,石灰石的钙利用率最高可达43.86%,并且钙利用率对温度的敏感度较高,不同种类之间相差也较大;当粒径介于0.5与1.5 mm之间时,石灰石钙利用率明显降低,最大值仅为13.82%,且与温度及石灰石种类关系不大。Six kinds of limestone,which were collected around Huaju power plant which locates in Yanzhou mine area,were used in desulfurization test in a fluidized-bed reactor.The experiment studied the effect of limestone species,particle diameter and furnace temperature on the desulfurization characteristics of limestone.The results showed that the optimal desulfurization temperature of limestone from Yanzhou mine area was around 900 ℃ when the particle diameter of limestone was less than 1.5 mm.When the limestone particle diameter was less than 0.5 mm,the calcium utilization of the limestone was up to 43.86%.The calcium utilization was sensitive to temperature,and it was also related with variety since the calcium utilization of different kinds of limestone was distinct.When the particle diameters range between 0.5 mm and 1.5 mm,the calcium utilization of limestone drops significantly,with the maximum of 13.82%,and it has a little relation with temperature and limestone variety.
