摘 要:以废旧印刷线路板非金属分离物为前躯体,经热解、成型、炭化和水蒸汽活化制备粒状活性炭。研究了热解温度对残碳收率的影响,煤焦油配比对成型碳强度的影响,活化反应条件对活性炭烧蚀率、比表面积和碘吸附值的影响。结果表明,随着热解温度的提高残碳收率下降;随着煤焦油配比增大,成型碳的强度呈现先增大后减少的趋势,成型碳机械强度最大时的残碳与煤焦油最佳配比为100∶40;随活化时间的延长活性炭的烧失率增大,比表面积和碘吸附值先增大后减少,最佳活化时间为3 h。在最佳条件下制备的活性炭的比表面积达到1 019 m2/g,碘吸附值为788 mg/g。Porous carbons with high porosities were prepared from waste printed circuit boards which contained mainly phenolic resin and epoxy resin through pyrolysis,compaction,carbonization and physical activation.The influences of preparation parameters e.g.carbonization temperature,the amount of coal tar addition,activation temperature and time on the structure and prosperities of the resultant products were investigated.The results showed that with increasing the pyrolysis temperature the yield of residual carbon decreased.The strength of the moulded carbon increased firstly with increasing the amount of coal tar addition,and then decreased.As the ratio of residual carbon to coal tar was 100∶ 40,the moulded carbon had a maximum strength.With increasing the activation time,the burn-off of activated carbon increased;whereas,the specific surface area and I2 adsorption value increased firstly and then decreased.The best activation time was 3 h.The resultant activated carbon had surface area of 1 019 m2/g and I2 adsorption value of 788 mg/g.
