摘　　要：针对目前图书馆现刊阅览室在管理服务中的一些现状问题,阐明人本管理的必要性,并结合工作实践提出如何搞好现刊阅览室人本管理的设想。Based on the current management situation of the periodical reading room of library,the thesis focused on the problems found at this stage and put forward some feasible suggestions on humanistic management in periodical reading room of library.
