运动疗法对社区糖尿病患者血液生化指标的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨运动疗法对社区糖尿病患者血液生化指标的影响,以指导患者的康复活动。[方法]将102例糖尿病患者随机分为干预组和对照组各51例。对照组给予常规的饮食、药物治疗;干预组在常规的饮食、药物治疗的基础上,辅以运动疗法,即中等强度运动,每天运动60min以上,慢跑总路程6～8km,每周运动5d以上,连续3个月。分别在运动疗法前后监测空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂、血压及体重指数的变化。[结果]干预组在接受运动疗法3个月后,其空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂、血压均显著下降。[结论]运动疗法可改变糖尿病患者的生化指标。[Objective] To explore the effect of cinesiotherapy on the biochemical indicators of diabetics in community.[Methods] 102 cases of diabetics were randomly divided into an interventional group（n = 51） and a control group（n = 51）.The control group was treated with common diet and drug treatment,and the interventional group was treated with common diet,drug treatment and cinesiotherapy at the same time（Moderate-intensity exercise was performed for three months,5 days/week,60 min/session and 6-8km total distance of jogging）.Before and after the treatment,each of the biochemical indicators such as the fasting plasma glucose（FPG）,two-hour postprandial plasma glucose（PPG） and body weight would be determined in the two groups.[Results] After three months treatment,the FPG,PPG,HbA1c,blood fat and blood pressure decreased significantly in the interventional group.[Conclusion] Cinesiotherapy can change the biochemical indicators of diabetics.
