摘  要:[目的]探讨血液中纤维蛋白原(Fg)的含量与红细胞沉降率(ESR)的相互关系。[方法]2009年10月~2009年12月,将某医院住院患者纤维蛋白原及血沉检测结果为同一天同一时间段的检验报告归为一类,并从中随机抽取检验报告150人份。利用Excel 2003,SPSS11.5软件对纤维蛋白原的含量与血沉结果进行统计学分析。[结果]150人份检验报告中,男性91人,年龄17~90岁,平均(63.0±15.1)岁;女性59人,年龄22~83岁,平均(64.0±14.4)岁。纤维蛋白原的含量与血沉检测值的关系呈显著正相关,这种正相关的关系不存在性别及年龄的差异。Fg大于4.0g/L的病例中90.70%的ESR结果超出参考值,说明Fg含量增加是导致血沉加快的重要血浆因素。[结论]纤维蛋白原含量与血沉结果呈显著正相关,纤维蛋白原含量增加时血沉出现异常的比例明显增加。[Objective] To explore the relationship between the content of fibrinogen(Fg) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR).[Methods] From Oct.2009 to Dec.2009,the patients' inspection reports of X hospital with the detection results of Fg and ESR from the same day and the same period of time were classified,and 150 cases of which were randomly selected.The contents of Fg and the detected values of ESR were statistically analyzed by using Excel 2003 and SPSS11.5.[Results] In the 150 cases,there were 91 men at the age of 17-90 years and the average age was 63.0±15.1 years.There were 59 women at the age of 22-83 years and the average age was 64.0±14.4 years.The correlation of Fg content and ESR value presented positive relationship,which was not related to sex and age.90.70% of ESR results were higher than the reference value of Fg ﹥4.0g/L,which showed that the incrased content of Fg was the important blood plasma factor for the rapid of ESR.[Conclusion] The relationship between the contents of Fg and the values ESR was significantly positive correlation.The abnormal proportion of ESR obviously increased when the content of Fg increased.
