成都市2009年艾滋病筛查实验室运行现状调查

摘　　要：[目的]对成都市56个市、区级艾滋病筛查实验室的运行现状进行调查和评价。[方法]设计调查表,内容包括7个大项29个子项,通过计算疾控、医疗和采供血机构在各个调查项目中符合要求的实验室数,来评价各个系统的实验室运行情况。[结果]按照7个大项符合要求的实验室数排序,疾控系统依次是实验室布局、试剂的使用和管理、质量保证和质量控制、实验室数据管理、实验设备的配置和管理、实验人员配置、实验废物的处理,医院系统依次是试剂的使用和管理、实验室布局、实验设备的配置和管理、质量保证和质量控制、实验废物的处理、实验人员配置、实验室数据管理,采供血机构各个调查方面均符合要求。[结论]各实验室在实验室布局、试剂的使用和管理两方面做得很好,还应从实验室数据管理、实验废物的处理、质量保证和质量控制、实验设备的配置和管理、实验室人员5个方面加强实验室建设。[Objective] To investigate and evaluate the operational status of 56 Municipal and District-level HIV antibody screening laboratories in Chengdu.[Methods] We designed a questionnaire including 7 items and 29 sub-items,and evaluated the operational status of laboratories in disease prevention and control system,medical system and blood centre system by calculating the laboratory number that met the requirements in each survey item.[Results] On the basis of the laboratory number that met the requirements in each item,the sequence of 7 items in disease prevention and control system was laboratory layout,use and management of reagents,quality assurance and quality control,laboratory data management,configuration and management of laboratory equipment,laboratory staffing and experimental waste processing.The sequence of 7 items in medical system was use and management of reagents,laboratory layout,configuration and management of laboratory equipment,quality assurance and quality control,experimental waste processing,laboratory staffing and laboratory data management.All the 7 items in blood centre system met the requirements.[Conclusion] Laboratories have done a good job in both laboratory layout and in use and management of reagents.They still need to strengthen laboratory construction in the following 5 items of laboratory data management,experimental waste processing,quality assurance and quality control,configuration and management of laboratory equipment and laboratory staffing.
