老年重症肺炎合并低钠血症的临床治疗观察

摘　　要：目的:观察老年重症肺炎合并低钠血症的临床特点和治疗效果。方法:对我院2005年3月～2009年3月收治的26例老年重症肺炎合并低钠血症患者和未合并低钠血症26例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:经治疗后,26例合并低钠血症的老年重症肺炎患者治疗总有效率为57.7%,未合并低钠血症26例患者治疗总有效率为73.1%,两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组死亡患者均死于感染加重导致器官功能衰竭。结论:临床上密切监测电解质,及早发现低钠血症和及时纠正血钠水平,对提高患者的治疗效果至关重要。Objective：To observe clinical characteristics and treatment of elderly severe pneumonia complicated with hyponatremia.Methods：Clinical data of 52 elder cases with severe pneumonia of which 26 cases were accompanied with hyponatremia that were admitted to the hospital during March,2005 and March,2009 were analyzd.Results：The total of which 26 cases were accompanied with effective rate was 57.7% in cases with severe pneumonia and hyponatremia,while the total efficacy was 73.1% in cases with only severe pneumonia.There was no significant difference（P〉0.05）.All cases died of function failure of organs due to aggravating infection.Conclusions：Electrolyte should be under close monitoring.It is important to diagnose hyponatremia and correcte blood natrium level.
