摘 要:采用最小二乘法研究了中国部分地方猪种血液蛋白质Tf 、Am 、Pa 和Cp 位点基因频率与生态环境之间的关系及其变化规律.结果表明,Tf 、Am 和Cp 位点分别被检测出存在3 个等位基因,而Pa 位点存在2 个等位基因.4 个位点的各种基因频率在不同猪种类型和生态区域之间均表现出显著差异(P< 0 .05) ,显示出地理区域和生态类型对4 个位点的基因频率和杂合度有明显的影响.洞庭- 洪湖区—新安江-The relationships between gene frequency of the serum protein loci Tf, Am, Pa and Cp of some local pig breeds in china and ecological environment, and their variation patterns were studied by least square analysis. There were 3 alleles at Tf, Am, and Cp loci, respectively, and 2 alleles at Pa locus. The gene frequencies among 6 geographical pig types and among 8 ecological areas varied significantly (p<0.05), indicating that the effects of geographical type and ecological environment on the gene frequency and heterozygosity were obvious. Dongting Hong Lake area, Xianjiang River Poyang Lake area, and Taihu Lake area could be regarded as the starting point of up and downward frequency in chinese pig breeds.
