摘　　要：为探讨产前筛查孕妇TORCH感染后IgM抗体检测诊断评估的可行性分析,应用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测孕妇TORCH感染后血清中IgM抗体,以正常体检者为对照组,进行对比分析。结果显示,1800例产前筛查的孕妇TORCH感染后的TOX-IgM、RV-IgM、CMV-IgM和HSV-IgM阳性率分别为5.11%、1.94%、4.33%、2.88%,感染总阳性率为14.27%。孕妇TOX-IgM阳性检出率最高,各阳性率之间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。156例异常孕妇TORCH感染后的TOX-IgM、RV-IgM、CMV-IgM和HSV-IgM的阳性率分别为:14.74%、7.69%、20.51%、4.48%。异常孕妇CMV-IgM、TOX-IgM与RV-IgM、HSV-IgM阳性率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但以CMV-IgM阳性率偏高,异常孕妇的阳性总检出率为47.43%。结论:早期检测孕妇TORCH感染的病原体对围产期感染性疾病的产前筛查有着指导意义。To explore the clinical values of detection of IgM antibody in pregnant women after TORCH infection,the serum IgM antibody levels in pregnant women after TORCH infection and normal health controls were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent method（ELISA）.The results showed that the positive rate of TOX-IgM,RV-IgM,CMV-IgM and HSV-IgM in 1800 prenatal screening pregnant women after TORCH infection were 5.11%,1.94%,4.33%and 2.88% respectively.There was significantly difference between these IgM antibody positive rates（P0.05）.The positive rate of TOX-IgM,RV-IgM,CMV-IgM and HSV-IgM in 156 cases of abnormal pregnant women after TORCH infection were 14.74%,7.69%,20.51% and 4.48% respectively.There was significantly difference between CMV-IgM,TOX-IgM and RV-IgM,HSV-IgM positive rate in abnormal pregnant women（P0.05）.The total CMV-IgM positive rate in abnormal pregnant women was 47.43%.The early detection of IgM antibody in pregnant women after TORCH infection has significance in the diagnosis of infectious diseases in prenatal stage.
