两种胱抑素试剂盒的方法学比较研究

摘　　要：通过对柏定胱抑素试剂盒的化学性能测定,以及与利得曼胱抑素试剂盒的比较,评价柏定胱抑素试剂盒的可靠性。评价柏定胱抑素试剂盒的精密度、回收率、线性等相关指标,并分析其与利德曼胱抑素试剂盒测定结果的相关性。结果显示,高、低两种浓度血清批内变异系数分别为4.7%、7.3%;批间变异系数分别为2.77%、2.41%。在0.82~6.56mg/L范围内,线性良好。两种试剂测定血清胱抑素结果相比相关系较好,相关系数r2为0.985。结论：柏定胱抑素试剂盒操作简便、快速、准确、稳定,可用于临床病人血清胱抑素的检测。To evaluate the reliability of Boding Cystain C（Cysc） assay reagent by testing its chemical characters and comparing with Leadman assay.The precision,linearity and recovery rate of this method were analyzed at automated biochemical analyzer Hitachi 7600.The results showed that the within-run CV of high and low levels was 7.3% and 4.7% respectively.The between-run CV of high and low levels was 2.41% and 2.77% respectively.In the range of 0.82-6.56 mg/l,the linearity analysis of Boding Cysc assay was good.There was a good correlation between Boding assay and Leadman Cysc assay（r2=0.985）.The Boding Cysc assay reagent provide a simple,quick,accurate and stable method,it might be suitable for clinical monitoring of serum Cysc concentration in patients.
