摘 要:验证金免疫层析法(GICA)快速定量测定β-HCG在临床检验中的适用性和准确性及临床应用价值。用GICA法和化学发光免疫法(CLIA)测定β-HCG浓度,统计两种检测结果的符合率、相关性。结果表明:GICA法和CLIA法测定β-HCG浓度的结果相关性较好,两组检测数据成正相关。阳性符合率为97.9%,阴性符合率为96.4%,两种检测结果无显著性差异(P>0.05)。GICA测定β-HCG浓度,具有一定临床应用价值。To evaluate the reliability and accuracy of the gold immunochromatographic assay(GICA) for fast quantitatively determination of β-HCG and its clinical value.The β-HCG levels of specimen were tested by GICA and chemiluminescent analyzer and analyzed the coincident rate and correlation of the two methods on the base of clinical diagnosis.The results showed that there was a good correlation between the results of the two methods.The coincident rate of positive samples was 97.9%,and the rate of the negative samples was 96.4%.There was no significant difference between the results measured by two methods(P0.05).The results indicated that GICA may be a simple and effective method in fast quantitative determination of β-HCG and possesses a fixed clinical application value.
