摘 要:本文记录了大鼠损伤背根节神经元的自发放电活动。采用背根节慢性压迫动物模型,记录慢性压迫手术后3~10d背报节的自发放电。在记录的156根纤维中,观察到17根(占11%)出现的动作电位峰峰间期(ISI)以某一基础间期的整数倍模式出现的整数倍时间节律形式,其回归映射图为晶格状点阵结构,并且该时间形式受细胞膜上钠、钾通道的调控。上述结果表明:某些直观看似不规则的放电时间序列是有着内在的结构和规律性的,这种规律取决于膜上通道和内环境的状态。For the purpose of the Present investigation, spontaneous discharges of dorsal rootganglion (DRG) neurons of the rats, which had undergone 3~10 days' chroniccompression, were studied. It was found that the interspike interval (ISI) of 17 out of156 fibers had integer multiples temporal rhythm pattern, in which all the ISI were integermultiples of a basic ISI and a return map of their ISI could be constructed as a crystal gridstructure. This temporal pattern could be modified by Na+ channel and K+ channel ontheir membranes. These data indicated the presence of some irregular discharge trainswith their intrinsic regularity.
