双腔气囊导尿管闭式引流治疗气胸患者疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察双腔气囊导尿管用于胸腔闭式引流治疗气胸与传统硅胶管胸腔闭式引流治疗气胸的效果差异。方法:选择52例气胸患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组26例。治疗组采用双腔气囊导尿管行闭式引流治疗,对照组采用传统硅胶管行闭式引流治疗。观察两组置管引流时间、脱管发生率及皮下气肿发生情况及引流管阻塞发生率。结果:治疗组置管引流时间短于对照组,治疗组脱管率及皮下气肿发生率低于对照组,治疗组引流管阻塞发生率高于对照组,但无统计学意义。结论:采用双腔气囊导尿管行胸腔闭式引流术治疗气胸效果优于传统硅胶管闭式引流治疗。Objective：To observe the effect of double-lumen balloon catheter for treatment of closed thoracic drainage of pneumothorax and to compare the effects of double-lumen balloon catheter and silicone tube with the traditional treatment of closed thoracic drainage of pneumothorax.Methods：Fifty-two patients with pneumothorax were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group using double-lumen balloon catheter for treatment of closed thoracic drainage treatment,the control group using the traditional silicone tube for closed drainage treatment.Catheter drainage time,the incidence of detached and the incidence of subcutaneous emphysema and the rate of drainage blockage were observed.Results：The catheter drainage time in treatment group is shorter than the control group,the treatment group rate of detached and subcutaneous emphysema was lower than the control group,the incidence of drainage tube obstruction in treatment group is higher than the control group,but it isn′t statistically significant.Conclusion：The effect of double-lumen balloon catheter for treatment of closed thoracic drainage of pneumothorax is better than the traditional silicone tube.
