我国公共服务救济制度现状与完善措施

摘　　要：为了促使公共服务持续、稳定发展,保障公民在公共服务中的权益,完善我国公共服务救济制度显得尤为重要。我国目前公共服务救济制度存在诸多问题,而西方国家经过多年发展积累了丰富经验,对我国有重要启示意义。为此迫切需要借鉴西方经验完善我国的公共服务救济制度,主要思路有:全面扩大公共服务救济范围、强化公共服务侵权救济力度以及探索新的便捷、高效救济途径。To promote public services continued and stable development,protect the civil rights in public services,building of the relief system of system of public services is particularly important.Western countries have accumulated much development experience for many years,and it is an important enlightenment to China.However,the current situation of the construction of relief system of public services is not optimistic,so we should improve our relief system of public services urgently.The main ideas are as fowllows： full expansion of the scope of public services relief,intensifying relief efforts of infringement in the public services,and exploring new convenient and efficient channels for relief.
