摘　　要：依赖于Na+、K+的Na+-K+-ATP酶(EC3.6.1.3,钠泵),广泛存在于哺乳类动物细胞质膜上,是催化Na+、K+跨膜主动运输的质膜酶,除维持正常的细胞内外离子浓度梯度外,对细胞能量代谢也有重要影响,许多疾病的发生是由于钠泵活性异常引起.研究证明有2种特异性的内源性钠泵抑制因子在?..An immunoreactivity for an isomer of the cardenolide ouabain cross reactivities has been shown to exist in blood plasma of the patient with essential hypertension and correlate with blood pressure. It was the intention of this work to localize tissues that contained the highest concentrations of the ouabain immunoreactive material, to get information whether the concentration of the material simply reflected the number of sodium pumps in the same tissue. Specific antibodies for cardenolide steroid were used to test the tissue concentration. This report shows the distribution of ouabain immunoreactivities with hypothalamus and adrenals in bovine tissues having the highest concentration, but the capacity of sodium pumps in tissues like that revealing the highest concentration in kidney and cerebellum. The cross reactive materials did not reflect the number of sodium pumps.
