摘　　要：介绍了用于电工钢带钢焊接的闪光对接焊机的工作原理和特点,分析了造成焊缝断带的原因,并从基板板形、光整效果和焊接工艺参数的选择等方面,找出了解决途径,使焊缝断带率明显降低。The principle and characteristic of flash butt welder for electrical strip were introduced.The reason of weld seam broken was analyzed.The solution measures have been found out based on the plate profile,skin -pass effect and welding process parameters.
