参芪地黄汤在慢性肾脏病治疗中的应用

摘　　要：慢性肾脏病属临床常见病,也为疑难病症。根据慢性肾盂肾炎、糖尿病肾病、慢性肾小球肾炎、慢性肾衰竭临床不同表现,可分属中医"腰痛""水肿""虚劳"等范畴。通过临床观察,发现脾肾两虚是此类疾病共同的病理基础,临床表现为气阴两虚证最多见。根据"异病同治"之理,采用参芪地黄汤加减治疗此类疾病取得了较好的疗效。Chronic kidney disease is a common disease, but also for difficult cases. According to chronic pyelonephritis, diabetic nephropathy, chronic glomerulonephritis, chronic renal failure with different clinical manifestations can be divided into a Chinese medicine ＂ back pain edema,＂ ＂ Consumption and other areas. Through clinical observation, found that spleen and kidney deficiency is a common pathological basis of these diseases, clinical manifestations, the most common for the Qi Deficiency. According to ＂treating different diseases,＂ the management, use of Shen Qi Huang Decoction of these diseases has achieved good results.
