摘　　要：[目的]观察芙黄膏外敷联合四妙加味汤治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。[方法]56例急性痛风性关节炎病例,随机分成两组,对照组28例,仅采用秋水仙碱口服,治疗组28例,在对照组基础上采用芙黄膏外敷联合四妙加味汤口服。7天为1个疗程,观察2个疗程后评定疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率达96.43%;对照组总有效率达78.57%。两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。[结论]在西药的基础上加用芙黄膏外敷联合四妙加味汤治疗急性痛风性关节炎有较好的临床疗效。[ Objective ] Fu - Yellow Paste and Four Wonderful Flavored Decoction treatment of acute gouty arthritis clinical efficacy. [Method] 56 cases of acute gouty arthritis were randomly divided into two groups, control group 28 cases, only the use of oral colchicine treatment group, 28 patients in the control group based on the use of Fu - Yellow Paste and Four Wonderful Flavored Decoction. 7 days for a course of treatment, observed effects were evaluated after 2 courses. [ Results] The total effective rate was 96.43% ; the control group, the total effective rate was 78.57%. Two groups were significantly different （P 〈 0.05）. [ Conclusion] In western medicine based on the use Fu - Yellow Paste and Four Wonderful Flavored Decoction treatment of a- cute gouty arthritis and have better clinical efficacy.
