摘　　要：[目的]观察经皮牵引、甩肩、夹板外固定、中药口服等综合疗法治疗肱骨外科颈骨折32例的临床效果。[方法]对32例肱骨外科颈骨折均予皮牵引、甩肩疗法、夹板外固定、中药等综合疗法治疗,采用国际上最常用的Neer标准评定肩关节功能。[结果]按Neer评定标准,优28例,不满意1例,满意率96.87%。[结论]肱骨外科颈骨折经皮牵引、甩肩、夹板外固定、中药等综合疗法治疗,在复位的同时,促进了骨折愈合及肩关节的功能恢复。[ Objective] Observe the clinical results of 32 cases of humeral surgical neck fractures with com- prehensive treatments such as ： the percutaneous traction, throwing shoulder, splint external fixation and medicine treatment. [ Methods ] Treat 32 patients of humeral surgical neck fractures with comprehensive treatments such as： the percutaneous traction, throwing shoulder, splint external fixation and use the most popular international assessment standard - Neer to judge the performances of shoulder joints. [ Results ] Assessed in accord- ance to Standard Neer, 28 cases are excellent; 1 case is unsatisfactory. The satisfaction rate is 96.87 percent. [ Conclusion] The comprehensive treatments such as： the percutaneous traction, throwing shoulder, splint ex- ternal fixation and medicine treatment repose the fractured humeral surgical necks, help the fracture healings and functional recoveries of the shoulder joints.
