摘 要:滚刀使用中需要重磨,传统的仅考虑某一特定截面齿形精度的设计方法是难于评价滚刀在整个可重磨范围内的齿形精度。文中推导了圆磨法齿轮滚刀在可重磨的齿长范围内不同重磨截面的齿形误差的计算公式。在此基础上建立了齿形整体优化设计的数学模型。该模型是把可重磨范围内不同截面齿形误差的最大值作为优化目标,从而使所设计的圆磨法齿轮滚刀的齿形精度在可重磨的范围内得到了很大提高。A hob needs resharpening during use. It is diffcult to estimate the tooth profile accuracy of resharpening sections within service length using the conventional design method, with which the tooth profile accuracy of a specific section is taken into consideration. In this paper, formulas for calculating t皁th profile errors of different resharpening sections within service length have been worked out, based on which a mathematical mcdel for optimum tooth profile design within service length has been developed. The maximum tooth profile error of all sections within service length is used as the objective function. Therefore, the tooth profile accuracy of the hob designed incraeses evidently.
