摘　　要：社区矫正在我国各地开花结果,其法律规范、制度设计、社会保障、社区参与等方面的问题都逐渐凸显出来,并成为阻碍社区矫正进一步深入发展的棘手问题,社区矫正主体方面的混乱状态只是其中一例,有必要重塑社区矫正主体体系,厘清社区矫正工作秩序,推动社区矫正工作执行。During community corrections blossoming in our country, a lot of problems such as the process of the legal norms, system design, social security, and community participation are gradually emerging, which have gradually become the further development of community corrections hinder the thorny issues. The aspect of community corrections＇ subject which is difficult to determine is one of it. It＇s necessary to reconstruct the system of community corrections＇ subject, be stable the working order of community corrections and promote to carry out the community corrections＇ task.
