摘　　要：在全国公安机关展开的"三项建设"战役中,公安派出所作为基层一线的战斗单位,在执法规范化、信息化建设和构建和谐警民关系上应当加大改进的步伐,逐步建立打防控一体化的格局,使基层的治安秩序和谐稳定,从而有力地推动公安派出所的工作可持续发展。The public security organ in the ＂three constructions＂ campaign, the police station as the basic fight unit should increase the pace of improvement in standardizing enforce law, information construction and harmonious relationship between the police and the people, gradually establish the system of striking prevent and control , in order to build up the steady order in grassroots.
