药品作价方法调整对医院用药的影响

摘　　要：目的对浙江大学校医院药品作价方法调整前后的用药情况进行分析,为临床合理用药和维护药品的正常生产流通秩序提供有效依据。方法采用用药频度对比分析方法,对该院2007-2008两年间用药数据进行统计分析。结果 2008年进货金额比2007年增加了26.78%,而零售金额只增加了19.75%。各药品的使用情况无大的变化。结论药品作价方法的调整可降低药品虚高价格,减轻患者药费负担。Objective Evaluate the drug-use state which was infected by the adjustments of medicine price＇s evaluation methods in Campus hospital of Zhejiang University,objective to provide evidence based strategies on guiding reasonable clinical medication and the drug manufacturing and trade system.maintenance.Methods The consumption of medicine in terms of quantity and amount of money in our hospital during 2007～2008 was investigated.The date was analyzed using DDDs sequence analytical methods.Results In 2008,the money of collecting medicine increased by 26.78 percent but the retail sales only increased by 19.75 percent,over 2007.No significant changes were found in medicine using.Conclusion The bubble price of medicine and the burden on patients could be reduced by the adjustments of medicine price＇s evaluation methods.
