摘　　要：目的建立抗风湿类中成药及保健品中非法添加化学成分双氯芬酸钠与尼美舒利的快速检测方法。方法采用化学鉴别方法进行快速筛查,并用薄层色谱法进行进一步确认验证。结果化学鉴别与薄层色谱法能快速准确地检测出抗风湿类中成药及保健品中非法添加化学成分双氯芬酸钠与尼美舒利。结论本方法简便、快速、准确、专属性较强,可用于抗风湿类中成药及保健品中非法添加双氯芬酸钠与尼美舒利的快速筛查。Objective To establish rapid screening method of diclofenac sodium and nimesulide illegally added into anti-rheumatic traditional Chinese medicine and health products.Methods Identification by chemical methods to rapid screening,and further verification by TLC.Results Chemical identification and TLC can rapidly detect anti-rheumatic traditional Chinese medicine and health products illegally added by diclofenac sodium and nimesulide.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate and specific.It can be used in the rapid screening of diclofenac sodium and nimesulide illegally mixed into anti-rheumatic traditional Chinese medicine and health products.
