摘　　要：本文对液质联用技术中基质效应产生的原因、基质效应评价尤其是如何消除基质效应等三方面作了简要介绍,为生物样品液质联用定量分析方法学的建立提供参考。This article reviewed issues related to matrix effect in quantitative liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry analyses of biological samples,paying attention to the origins of matrix effect and how matrix effect should be evaluated during method validation,focusing on possible solutions to reduce or eliminate matrix effect.
