摘　　要：手性药物的研究已成为国际新药研究的方向之一。手性药物分析在手性药物研究中作用越来越重要,已成为国际上分析科学中的热点和难点。手性配体交换色谱(CLEC)是直接分离对映异构体的热门方法之一。本文综述了近年来CLEC在手性药物对映体分离分析中的应用,并对这一领域的发展做了展望。The study on chiral drugs has become one of new directions of new drugs research internationally.Analysis of chiral drugs,with increasing in importance in pharmaceutical research,is now a hot and difficult topic in international analysis science.Chiral ligand-exchange chromatography（CLEC）is one of the most popular methods to direct separation of enantiomers.This paper presents a review of the application research of CLEC in chiral separation of drug enantiomers and a discussion of the developments prospect of this technique.
