摘  要:目的对九里香(Murraya paniculata L.)叶的黄酮类成分进行分离鉴定。方法体积分数85%乙醇提取,大孔吸附树脂吸附、硅胶和ODS柱色谱法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为5,6,7,3,′4′-五甲氧基黄酮(Ⅰ),5,7,8,3,′4′-五甲氧基二氢黄酮(Ⅱ),5,7,3,′4′-四甲氧基黄酮(Ⅲ),5,7,3,′4,′5′-五甲氧基黄酮(Ⅳ),5,6,7,3,′4,′5′-六甲氧基黄酮(Ⅴ),5-羟基-6,7,8,3,′4′-五甲氧基黄酮(Ⅵ),5,3′-二羟基-7,4′-二甲氧基黄酮(Ⅶ),7-羟基-5,3,′4′-三甲氧基黄酮(Ⅷ)。结论除化合物Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ外,均为首次从该植物中分离得到。OBJECTIVE To study the flavonoids from leaves of Murraya panaculata L. METHODS The constituents were iso- lated and purified by column chromatography on silicagel, ODS and macroporous adsorption resin. Compounds were identified by physi- cochemical and spectral data. RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated and identified as 5,6,7,Y,4'-pentamethoxyflavone ( I ), 5,7,8,3',4 '-pentamethoxyflavanonol (II ), 5,7,3', 4'-tetramethoxyflavone ( III ), 5,7,3,, 4,, 5 '-pentamethoxyflavone ( IV ), 5,6,7,3', 4', 5 '-hexamethoxyflavone ( V ) ,5-hydroxy-6,7,8,3', 4'-pentamethoxyflavone ( VI ), 5,3'-dihydroxy-7,4'-dimethoxyflavone ( VII ), 7-hy- droxy-5,Y,4'-trimethoxyflavone(Ⅷ). CONCLUSION Except fer the eompound m, IV and V , all the compounds were isolated from Murraya panaculata L. for the first time.
