摘　　要：产业跟踪路线图是一种对产业环境进行长期有效跟踪的竞争情报基础工具和方法,首先对该方法的工作流程和相关注意事项进行阐述,然后以湖南省有色金属产业跟踪路线图的制作为例,从湖南省有色金属产业跟踪路线图的服务对象选择与需求分析、产业跟踪导引图和跟踪要求表的制作、信息源的选择与信息监测方案制定以及竞争情报产品的最终生成等方面详细阐述产业跟踪路线图方法在具体产业研究中的应用。As a basic tool and method of intelligence competitive,industrial track roadmap can help us monitor the industrial environment effectively for a long time.At first,it states the work-flow and considerations of the method of industrial track roadmap.Then taking the non-ferrous industry in Hunan province as an example,it elaborates the application of the method of industrial track roadmap in industry research through such aspects,how to choose the service object and make demand analysis,how to draw the industrial track guiding map and the industrial track basic element table,how to determine the information source and monitoring plan,and how to form the competitive intelligence product and so on.
