摘　　要：以本体为指导,构建基于本体的网络文献信息内容挖掘模型。给出系统框架结构,对四个核心模块进行说明,并以危机管理本体构建为例说明本体构建的方法和步骤。在网络文献信息内容挖掘中引入本体论思想,使内容挖掘扩展到语义层次,将提高挖掘效率和准确性。Guided by ontology, the paper makes a content mining model of web document. It sets up the system’s framework, and expounds four key modules, as well as discussing establishing method and procedure on the basis of establishing ontology of crisis management. It introduces ontology into content mining of Web document expands content mining to semantic level, and will improve the efficiency and nicety of content mining.
