摘　　要：知识经济时代,企业获取竞争优势的关键在于其获得知识的能力,这就要求企业必须在其所处的特定组织网络中不断通过组织间的知识转移获取知识,而这一网络结构必然会对知识转移的效率和效果产生影响。从此角度出发,从三个方面阐释网络结构对组织间知识转移的积极影响,接着分析其负面影响,然后提出网络结构对组织间知识转移的影响机制模型,最后针对如何在知识转移过程中有效利用网络结构给出相关建议。In the era of knowledge economy, the enterprises’ ability to absorb knowledge is the key for them to build competitive advantages, which requires the companies being in a specific network to access to knowledge continuously through inter-organization knowledge transfer, and this network structure will inevitably influence the efficiency and effect of knowledge transfer. Starting from this perspective, the authors interpret the network’s positive impact to the inter-organizational knowledge transfer from three aspects, analyze its negative influences after that, then propose a model about the mechanism of network structure influencing on inter-organizational knowledge transfer, and finally give some advices on how to take advantage of the network correctly during inter-organizational knowledge transfer.
