摘  要:介绍了中频电炉熔炼时,铸铁牌号、过热温度、增碳剂粒度、增碳剂种类等因素对增碳剂吸收率的影响。实践表明,增碳剂在低牌号铸铁中的吸收率低于高牌号铸铁;铁液过热温度在1460~1550℃范围内升高,利于增碳剂的熔化和吸收;相同过热温度下,增碳剂粒度小,容易被熔化吸收;常见增碳剂中,石墨电极增碳剂的吸收率最高。An introduction was made to the influences of the factors such as cast iron grade,overheating temperature,grain size and kinds of carburant on the carburant absorptivity when melting in medium-frequency induction furnace.The production practice showed that the absorptivity of carburant in the lower grade cast irons was higher than that in the higher grade cast irons;raising the overheating temperature in the range of 1 460~1 550 ℃ was beneficial to the melting and being absorbed of the carburant;under the same overheating temperature,the carburant with smaller grain size was more easy to be melted and to be absorbed;the graphite electrode carburant showed the highest absorptivity among the commonly-used carburants.
