摘 要:研究了A356Al合金熔体处理过程中细化与变质的交互作用。结果表明:只添加Al-10Sr的熔体处理,α-Al二次枝晶间距为19.6μm,抗拉强度228MPa、屈服强度177MPa、伸长率8.9%、布氏硬度73HBW;而只添加Al-4Ti-1B的熔体处理,α-Al二次枝晶间距为17.3μm,抗拉强度203MPa、屈服强度159MPa、伸长率6.9%、布氏硬度67HBW。指出:Si相的形态对A356Al合金力学性能影响最大,变质效力是限制A356Al合金力学性能的首要因素。The interaction between the refining effect and modifying effect in the treating process of the A356 alloy melt was investigated.The result showed that when treating the melt with only the Al-10Sr,the space of the α-Al secondary dendrites was of 19.6 μm,tensile strength was of 228 MPa,yield strength was of 177 MPa,elongation was of 8.9%,Brinell hardness was of 73 HBW;and when treating the melt with only the Al-4Ti-1B,the space of the α-Al secondary dendrites was of 17.3 μm,tensile strength was of 203 MPa,yield strength was of 159 MPa,elongation was of 6.9%,brinell hardness was of 67 HBW.It was pointed out that the morphology of the Si phase had the maximum influence on the mechanical properties of the A356Al alloy,and the modifying effectiveness was the first and chief factor restricting the mechanical properties of the A356Al.
