瑞香狼毒提取物对亚洲玉米螟的生物活性研究

摘　　要：就瑞香狼毒根乙醇提取物（ 缩写ＳＣＥＥ） 对亚洲玉米螟３ 龄幼虫的生物活性进行了测定。结果表明ＳＣＥＥ 对亚洲玉米螟幼虫具有很强的生物活性，随着ＳＣＥＥ 含量的增加，幼虫均重增加量也随之降低；高含量或低含量的ＳＣＥＥ 处理后，幼虫的死亡率都很高。Biological activity of extraction of root of Stellera chameajasme with ethanol by dip (SCEE) was tested.The results showed that SCEE possessed strong biological activity to the larvae of Ostrinia furnacalis,which as content of SCEE was increased , the reduction of the larvae weight was much significant, and mortality of the larvae was high whether the content was high or low.
