摘  要:目的研究南海短指软珊瑚的化学成分。方法综合利用各种层析方法分离和纯化化合物,并利用光谱学和理化性质来鉴定化合物结构。结果从中分离得到8个甾体化合物,分别鉴定为24-methylcholesta-5,24(28)-diene-3β,7β3,19-triol(1)、24-methylcholesta-5,24(28)-diene-3β,7β,19-triol-7β-monoacetate(2)、litosterol(3)、24-methylcholesta-5,24(28)-diene-3β,7β,19-triol-3β,7β,19-triacetate(4)、24-methylcholesta-24(28)-ene-3β,5α,6β,19-tetrol(5)、hyrtiosterol(4α-methyl-2β,3β,8β,11β-tetrol-5α-ergost-22(23),24(28)-diene)(6)、5,6-epoxylitosterol(7)、armatinol A(8)。结论化合物1~8都是首次从该属软珊瑚中分离得到。Objective To investigate chemical components of Sinularia sp..Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques.Their structures were determined on the basis of physical properties and spectroscopic data.Results Eight compounds were isolated and elucidated as 24-methylcholesta-5,24(28)-diene-3β,7β,19-triol(1),24-methylcholesta-5,24 (28)-diene-3β,7β,19-triol-7β-monoacetate(2),litosterol(3),24-methylcholesta-5,24(28)-diene-3β, 7β,19-triol-3β,7β,19-triacetate(4),24-methylcholesta-24(28)-ene-3β3,5α,6β,19-tetrol(5),hyrtios-terol (4α-methyl-2β,3β,8β,11β-tetrol-5α-rergost-22(23),24(28)-diene)(6),5,6-epoxylitosterol(7), armatinol A(8) respectively.Conclusion Compounds 1~8 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
