摘  要:目的利玛原甲藻是产生腹泻性贝毒的主要甲藻之一。产毒藻株在不同培养条件下所产生的毒素总量有差异,研究环境因子对利玛原甲藻产毒的影响,对腹泻性贝毒的进一步研究具有十分重要的意义。本研究旨在找到利玛原甲藻产毒的适宜条件。方法选取温度、光照周期、起始密度三个因素进行三因素三水平的正交实验。结果经统计分析,温度是显著因子(F>F_(0.05)),影响程度为:温度>起始密度>光照周期。结论利玛原甲藻产毒最佳条件是温度20℃,光照周期8 L:16D,起始密度6000 cells·mL^(-1)。Objective Prorocentrum lima is one of the dinoflagellates which can produce diarrhetic shellfish poison(DSP).The toxin content of Prorocentrum lima varied under different culturing conditions. Study on the effects of environmental factors on the toxin production of Prorocentrum lima is very important for the further study of diarrhetic shellfish poison.The suitable conditions for toxin production of Prorocentrum lima were investigated in this paper.Methods an orthogonal test was designed to study the effects of temperature,light:dark circle and initial cell density on the toxin production of Prorocentrum lima.Results obtaining from statistical analysis indicated that temperature was the most important factor(FF_(0.05)),followed by initial cell density and light:dark circle.Conclusion The optimum conditions for toxin production of Prorocentrum lima were temperature 20℃,light:dark circle 8L: 16D and initial cell density 6 000 cells·mL^(-1).By then,the toxin production was the highest.Therefore, the conditions were considered as the preferential parameters.
