摘 要:以钛酸酯偶联剂进行表面修饰的氧化钐(Sm_2O_3)、苯乙烯等为原料,以过氧化二苯甲酰为引发剂,采用原位悬浮聚合制备了Sm_2O_3杂化材料(Rs-PS)。再与聚丙烯(PP)共混纺丝,制得稀土改性PP共混纤维。结果表明:经表面修饰的Sm_2O_3粒子较均匀地分散在Sm_2O_3-PS杂化材料中,偶联剂质量分数为12%时修饰效果最好。Rs-PS/PP共混纤维的断裂强度较纯PP纤维略有降低,但仍能满足纺织后加工的要求。Using styrene and samarium oxide(Sm_2O_3) subjected to the surface modification with titanate coupling agent as raw material,Sm_2O_3 hybrid material(Rs-PS) was prepared with dibenzoyl peroxide as an initiator by in-situ suspension polymerization and was spun into rare earth-modified polypropylene(PP) blend fiber after blending with PP.The results showed that the Sm_2O_3 particle subjected to the surface modification uniformly dispersed into the Sm_2O_3-PS hybrid material and the optimal modification effect can be achieved with 12%coupling agent by mass fraction.The breaking strength of Rs-PS/PP blend fibers was slightly lower than that of pure PP fiber,but still satisfied the afterprocessing requirement.
