医学影像对早期诊断椎管内肿瘤的意义

摘　　要：目的：探讨影像对早期诊断椎管内肿瘤的价值.方法： 64例原发性椎管内肿瘤患者根据自愿分为X线平片＋MRI组（观察组）和X线平片＋ CT扫描组（对照组）,前者给予X线平片和MRI检查,后者给予X线平片和CT扫描检查,所有患者进行手术治疗并经病理证实诊断.结果：椎管内占位病变检出率,观察组96.7%,对照组32.4%,两组相比有明显统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：在早期诊断椎管内肿瘤的诊断中, MRI具有重要诊断价值,是椎管内肿瘤的首选检查方法.Objectlve ： To explore the value of Medical Imaging for Diagnosis of Intraspinal Tumors in the early. Methods .. 64 cases of intraspinal tumor were divided into two groups, observation patients were given X--ray and MRI for diagnosis, the others was given X--ray and CT. All the cases were confirmed by operation and pathology. Results .. Intraspinal Tumors was 96.7% in X--ray and MRI group, X--ray and CT group was 32. 4%,and there were significant differences between groups. Conclusion ： MRI was of important value in the early diagnosis of Intraspinal Tumors, and is the first selection.
