摘  要:减载器可通过液压反馈力降低抽油机驴头悬点载荷和抽油杆应力,介绍了加装减载器的有杆抽油系统井下管柱结构。根据系统运动规律和杆柱受力情况,采用有限元法,对系统运动过程进行模拟,精确描述了整个抽油系统的动态特性,模拟结果与实际工况吻合。数值分析技术可使杆柱组合设计更合理,实现了降低悬点载荷、节约生产成本的目标。The tubing string configuration of sucker-rod pumping system with load reducer is introduced. The load reducer can reduce sucker rod stress and polished rod load of pumping unit horse head by hydraulic pressure. According to the motion law and the state of loading,the motion process of sucker-rod pumping system is simulated with the Finite Element Method. The dynamic characteristic of sucker-rod pumping system is describes accurately. The simulation result is consonant with actual working condition. The numerical analysis makes the combination of sucker rod more reasonable. The polished rod load is reduced. The production cost is economized further.
