摘 要:目的掌握新乡市地方性氟中毒病情现状,为制定预防控制策略提供科学依据。方法将新乡市所有地方性氟中毒病村按改水前的水氟含量分为轻、中、重3类,采用流行病学抽样调查方法,2008~2009年对调查村饮水含氟量与有关病情指标进行检查。结果轻、中、重病区水氟含量均值分别为1.03、2.17、3.24 mg/L,范围0.25~7.70 mg/L;8~12岁儿童群体尿氟几何均值为2.10 mg/L,个体最大值12.20 mg/L;成人群体尿氟几何均值为1.55 mg/L,个体最大值10.50mg/L;8~12岁童氟斑牙总检出率、氟斑牙指数分别为64.01%和1.4;16岁以上成人临床与X线氟骨症总检出率分别为5.80%、9.90%。结论目前新乡市地方性氟中毒流行较严重,应进一步加大控制力度。Objective To observe status of endemic fluorosis in Xinxiang City,and to provide scientific evidence for making strategies in prevention and control.Methods All villages with endemic fluorosis in Xinxiang City was divided into slight,moderate and severe degree according to water fluoride content before improving water.By sampling survey,the related indexes of endemic fluorosis and fluoride content in drinking water were investigated in these villages.Results The average content of water fluoride in slight,moderate and severe villages was 1.03,2.17 and 3.24 mg/L,with fluoride contents ranged from 0.25 to 7.70 mg/L.The geometric mean of urine fluoride was 2.10 mg/L in the children and 1.55 mg/L in the adult.The prevalence rate and index of dental fluorosis in children aged 8 to 12 years old were 64.01% and 1.4;the detectable rates of osteofluorosis of the clinic and X-ray were 5.80% and 9.90%.Conclusions The endemic fluorosis is still severe in Xinxiang and control and prevention of the disease should be strengthened later.
