摘　　要：目的:测量和分析县医院适宜规模,引导县医院规模的适度健康发展,缓解"看病难、看病贵"问题。方法:对安徽省61个县医院所获得的相关数据进行数据包络分析,并将所得结果与现行的国家标准中相关指标进行比较。结果:根据数据包络分析得出其中20家医院规模相对适宜,但其相关指标数据与国家标准存在着或多或少的差异。结论:国家标准在现实应用中缺乏实际性,应在国家标准的框架指导下,综合考虑各方面因素,结合DEA方法制定出适合各地实际情况的县级综合医院的适宜规模。Objective： To measure and analyze the suitable scale for the county hospitals,guide their moderate development,and remit the problem of ＂the Medical Treatment Difficult and Expensive Medical Treatment＂.Methods：Related data from 61 county hospitals in Anhui province were analyzed with Data Envelopment Analysis（DEA）,and the result was compared with current national standards.Results：The results from DEA showed that,among these hospitals,20 county hospitals had relative suitable scale.But there had some differences compared with national standards.Conclusion：As the national standards are not practical,the suitable scale for the county hospitals can be obtained by DEA method,guided by the framework of national standard,and all related factors should be comprehensively considered.
