摘　　要：通过对双诊制主要影响因素的分析,以及新医改大环境下医师多点执业对首诊制和双向转诊的积极、消极两方面影响的分析,凸显医师多点执业对双诊制的积极推进作用。针对目前存在的部分问题探讨性的提出切实可行的建议以供决策者参考。By analyzing the major factors influencing the two-way referral mode,and the positive and negative influences of doctors＇ multi-site practice on gate-keeper mode and two-way referral mode under the background of new medical reform,the active role of multi-site practice promoting the two-way referral mode was highlighted.Considering the existing problems,some practical suggestions were put forward to provide reference for decision-makers.
