摘　　要：文章对我国农村基层卫生机构开展健康管理的能力状况和实际开展情况进行了描述,分析了未开展的原因,并介绍了定性访谈中发现的健康管理工作存在的问题。最后,提出了推动我国农村基层卫生机构健康管理工作的政策建议。Rural grass-roots health services institutions＇ capabilities of health management and the status was described.The reasons for not being implemented were analyzed.And the problems in health management obtained by qualitative interview were introduced.Based on which,suggestions were put forward to improve health management services for rural grass-roots health institutions.
