负压封闭引流术在儿童严重创伤修复应用中的护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用负压封闭引流技术在治疗儿童严重创伤创面修复中的护理。方法:对我科2008年7月-2010年3月收治的15例应用负压封闭引流技术治疗儿童严重创伤创面修复的患者进行护理观察。结果:15例创伤创面救治随访2个月至18个月。1例因全身金黄色葡萄球菌感染败血症后并发慢性骨髓炎,其余14例创面经二期韧厚植皮或皮瓣转移等手术后创面愈合良好。结论:手术后维持患者适当的体位,持续恒定的负压吸引.密切的护理观察和引流管的管理是护理的关键环节。Objective：To evaluate role of the vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of children with severe traumatic wound care.Methods： To observate 15 cases patients which were treated using negative pressure drainage in the treatment of children with severe closed traumatic wound care and Divisionin July 2008-March 2010.Results： 15 cases of traumatic wound treatment were followed up for 2 months to 18 months.One case be complicated with chronic osteomyelitis due to infection by Staphylococcus aureus septicemia body,the remaining 14 patients with wounds after two tough or skin flap thickness skin wound healed well after surgery.Conclusion： after operating the patients should be maintained proper body position,continuous constant be suctioned,Close nursing be observated and drainage be managed is key.
