摘 要:目的研究鉴别狗股骨组织学的形态特征。方法取50只2年生以上家犬右后股骨中段做成骨骼组织学切片,经过固定、脱钙、冰冻骨骼组织切片及硫堇苦味酸染色,在显微镜下观察,将显微镜下的图像录入电脑,利用专业软件进行分析、统计数据。结果狗股骨外环骨板较宽,以较致密的呈层状排列的梭形骨细胞形式存在。内环骨板较窄,以较疏松的呈层状排列的梭形骨细胞形式存在。外环骨板与骨单位分界比内环骨板分界清晰。骨单位较多,形态规则,多呈圆形或类圆形。排列多无规律,靠近外环骨板的骨单位大而圆,靠近内环骨板的骨单位小而椭圆。骨陷窝较多,分布稀疏,未见骨小梁。结论狗股骨组织学形态特征明显,为骨骼组织学的研究积累了资料,有助于种属鉴别的开展,也为研究生物进化提供了新的观察指标。Objective To study the histomorphological characteristics of dog femora.Methods Took the middle fragment of right rear domestic femora from 50 dogs more than 2 years old to process histological slices.Observe slices under the microscope and sent the image data into computer to conclude statistics.Results The outer circumferential lamellae were wide and the inner circumferential lamellae were narrow,existing in the form of dense and loose fusiform bonny cells respectively.Most osteons were circle or oval and arrayed irregularly.The osteons near the outer circumferential lamellae were bigger than those near the inner circumferential lamellae.There were many bone lacunae and there was no bone trabecula.Conclusion The histomorphological features of dog femora are obviously.These data will help us in species identification and research of biological evolution.
