摘  要:本文研究了液相机械力化学法制备硅灰石/TiO2复合颗粒材料(WOL/Ti-CPM)各因素的影响、WOL/Ti-CPM的颜料性能及其微观结构。结果表明,球料比和研磨时间等机械力条件及TiO2用量对WOL/Ti-CPM性能影响显著。WOL/Ti-CPM具有类似钛白粉的颜料性质,白度96.6%,遮盖力17.97g/cm2,吸油量22.72g/100g。SEM分析显示TiO2在硅灰石表面形成了有效包覆。The effect of some factors for preparing wollastonite/TiO2 composite particle(WOL/Ti-CPM) by mechano-chemical method,the pigment property of WOL/Ti-CPM and its micro application in the paint were studied in this paper.The results show that the mechanical factors,such as ratio of grinding media to powder feeding and compound time,and TiO2 dosage have significant influences on the properties of WOL/Ti-CPM.WOL /Ti-CPM is similar to that of titanium dioxide,the whiteness is 96.6%,the hiding power is 17.97g/cm2,the oil adsorption is 22.72g/100g.SEM images indicates that TiO2 has been coated on surfaces of wollastonite effectively.
