摘　　要：分析了典型直通式针形阀存在压力低、寿命短、流阻大和扭矩大问题的原因,介绍了一种同轴直流流道的压力高、密封可靠、流阻和扭矩较低及寿命长的高压针形阀,该阀已获国家专利(专利号ZL200610118291X)。This paper discusses those problems of the existing needle valve which users reflect severely;for example,Low pressure,Short life,Large flow resistance,big torque and so on.Then a high pressure needle valve with concentric through-flow flow are designed by means of S-A turbulence model,N-S equations simulation and other research methods.It is high-pressure,reliable seal,greatly reduced flow resistance and torque,Significantly longer life;and it can meet the needs of domestic and international high-end users.
