摘 要:通过脱毒早熟马铃薯在不同海拔地区联动繁育的不同世代种薯比较试验,结果表明,在低海拔秋繁脱毒早熟马铃薯不改变其种薯的经济性状,秋繁的原种和一级良种产量高、病毒病少,二级良种产量显著降低、病毒病大幅增加;不同世代的产量顺序为:一级良种>原种>二级良种>原原种。根据试验结果和生产实际,提出了利用低海拔秋繁联合高海拔春繁建立"一种二繁、一调二种"的联动繁供体系,以此来解决脱毒种薯制约低山平原地区发展马铃薯产业的瓶颈问题。The seeds from different generation of detoxified premature potato in linkage breeding at different altitudes were compared.The results indicated that the economic characteristics of the detoxified premature potatoes grown at low altitude did not change at all in autumn breeding.While the parent lines and their improved lines of the first generation showed high yield output and resistance to virus,the following generations decreased in field performance including low yield and susceptible to virus infection.Based on these results,we proposed a new breeding and supplying system called "one seed with twice breeding,one transport with twice planting" by combination of autumn breeding at low altitude and spring breeding at high altitude in linkage breeding in order to quickly resolve bottleneck problem in potato production.
