摘 要:应用投入产出分析方法,结合海关进出口贸易数据,对2002年中国农产品对外贸易的隐含碳转移进行了研究.发现,2002年中国为农产品隐含碳排放的净出口国,净出口的碳排放总量为146.47万t.其中,隐含碳的主要出口地区在亚洲,韩国及日本是中国农产品隐含碳出口的主要受益国;中国农产品隐含碳的主要进口来源为北美洲、拉丁美洲和亚洲,其中美国是中国主要的隐含碳进口来源国.就隐含碳转移的净平衡看,中国对亚洲及非洲大部分国家是净出口状态,而对北美、拉美及大洋洲的多数国家则是净进口.中国农产品生产的直接碳排放强度较低,但完全碳排放强度则很高;未来中国农业生产中,在降低机械化过程中直接能源消耗的同时,注重中间环节节能减排技术的提高,将更有效地减少中国农产品生产引起的碳排放.Characteristics of carbon emissions and carbon transfer embodied in Chinese agriculture trade in 2002 were studied by input-output analysis, together with published trade data from Chinese Customs. It was found that, China was a net export country in carbon emissions in 2002, with carbon emissions embodied in agriculture products, amounting to 1.46 Mt. Main destination of exported carbon emissions was Asia, with South Korea and Japan being main benefitors for carbon emission import embodied in Chinese agriculture products. Main import for agricultural products-embodied carbon for China was from North America, Latin America and Asia, United States in particular. Net balance of embodied carbon emissions, implicates that Asia and African countries were net importers of Chinese agricultural product-embodied emissions, with North America, Latin America and Oceanian countries being net exporters to China. Direct carbon emission intensity for Chinese agricultural products was low, but total emission intensity (include direct and indirect emissions) was high. With technologies for energy-saving and emission-reduction applied in the middle processes in Chinese agricultural production, carbon emission reduction would be more effective.
